Responsibilities
- Actively greet members with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Provide exceptional member service and address inquiries promptly.
- Verify membership cards upon entry to the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate entry counts to track warehouse traffic.
- Check member receipts as they exit the warehouse to prevent loss.
- Perform routine warehouse safety and security checks.
- Document all safety and security checks thoroughly.
- Assist members with locating products and navigating the warehouse.
- Answer member questions about products, services, and policies.
- Handle member complaints and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Process membership applications and renewals.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
