Responsibilities
- Actively greet members with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Verify membership cards upon entry to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate entry counts
- Check member receipts upon exit to prevent loss
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for members and employees
- Perform warehouse safety and security checks regularly
- Document any safety or security incidents
- Answer member questions and resolve any issues promptly
- Direct members to the appropriate departments or services
- Assist members with finding products
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Monitor surveillance cameras
- Report any suspicious activity to management
- Assist with inventory control
- Stock shelves and displays
- Assist with price changes
- Participate in team meetings
