Responsibilities
- Greet members with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Verify membership cards upon entry
- Keep accurate entry counts
- Check receipts as members exit the warehouse
- Answer member questions and resolve issues
- Direct members to the appropriate departments
- Assist members with finding products
- Process returns and exchanges
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor warehouse for safety hazards
- Report any security concerns to management
- Perform warehouse safety and security checks as required
- Document any incidents or accidents
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
