  • Cleaning hearing aids and other equipment
  • Assisting customers with hearing aid repairs and adjustments
  • Explaining hearing aid features and benefits to customers
  • Providing information about hearing loss and hearing protection
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Following up with customers after appointments
