Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing prompt and courteous service
- Ringing sales and processing payments
- Providing clerical support, such as filing and data entry

- Assisting customers with hearing aid selection and fitting
- Explaining hearing aid features and benefits to customers
- Troubleshooting hearing aid issues
- Performing basic hearing aid repairs
- Ordering and stocking hearing aid supplies
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
