Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Assist customers with hearing aid repairs and adjustments.
  • Manage inventory of hearing aid supplies and accessories.
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on new hearing aid technology and industry trends.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide information about hearing loss and hearing health.
  • Educate customers about hearing protection.
  • Refer customers to audiologists or other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
