Responsibilities

- Ringing up sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Providing clerical support to the hearing center staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Providing information about hearing aid products and services.
- Assisting customers with hearing aid fitting and maintenance.
- Troubleshooting basic hearing aid issues.
- Processing insurance claims and paperwork.
- Managing inventory of hearing aid supplies and accessories.
- Ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
