  • Cleaning and maintaining the hearing center, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection and answering their questions
  • Troubleshooting basic hearing aid issues
  • Performing hearing aid cleanings and minor repairs
  • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Educating customers on hearing aid care and maintenance
  • Working closely with licensed hearing aid professionals
