Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree (experience)
- Valid New Jersey Pharmacy License (experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist (experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all pharmacy operations within the Costco warehouse.
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions and dispensing activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to Costco members.
- Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects.
- Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions.
- Manage inventory levels and order medications as needed.
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to pharmacy staff.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
- Stay up-to-date on new medications and pharmacy practices.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Ensure the security of all medications and controlled substances.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and control expenses.
- Implement and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Participate in the hiring and training of pharmacy staff.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide support to other areas of the warehouse as needed.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations.
