Responsibilities
- Processing ready-to-eat hot dogs for packaging
- Wrapping hot dogs according to Costco standards
- Ensuring proper labeling of packaged hot dogs
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area
- Following food safety guidelines and regulations
- Monitoring temperature of hot dogs and packaging area
- Stocking packaging supplies
- Rotating stock to ensure freshness
- Inspecting hot dogs for quality and freshness
- Removing damaged or expired hot dogs from circulation
- Operating wrapping equipment safely and efficiently
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues
- Reporting any equipment malfunctions to supervisor
- Assisting with inventory counts
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
- Following instructions from supervisor
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working as part of a team to achieve goals
- Communicating effectively with coworkers and supervisors
- Meeting production goals and deadlines
