Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescription medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
- Verifying prescription information for accuracy and completeness
- Performing pharmaceutical calculations to ensure correct dosages
- Preparing and labeling medications for dispensing
- Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and inventory
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
- Answering patient questions about medications and dosages
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of medications
- Operating pharmacy software systems for prescription processing
- Processing insurance claims and resolving billing issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Assisting with compounding medications as needed
- Monitoring for drug interactions and adverse reactions
- Providing drug information to healthcare professionals
