Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy (experience)
- Completion of first year of pharmacy program (experience)
- Valid Intern Pharmacist License in Florida (experience)

Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescription medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Verifying prescription information for accuracy and completeness
- Entering prescription data into the pharmacy system
- Counting and measuring medications accurately
- Labeling prescription containers properly
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service to patients
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries
- Processing insurance claims and resolving billing issues
- Assisting with medication compounding
- Monitoring medication storage and handling
- Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
- Providing patient counseling on medication usage
- Checking for drug interactions and allergies
- Documenting patient information accurately
- Assisting with quality assurance programs
- Participating in continuing education activities
- Assisting with medication reconciliation
- Preparing prior authorizations for medications
