Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Hearing Aid Dispenser license in Washington State (experience)
- Master's degree or Au.D. in Audiology preferred (experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist (experience)
- Experience in employee supervision and management (experience)
- Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology and fitting techniques (experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience)
- Ability to provide exceptional member service (experience)
- Proficiency in audiometric testing and interpretation (experience)
- Experience with cerumen management (experience)
- Knowledge of real ear measurement procedures (experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hearing center
- Supervise and manage hearing center staff
- Conduct audiometric testing and interpret results
- Dispense and fit hearing aids
- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families
- Perform cerumen management
- Conduct real ear measurements
- Program hearing aids using manufacturer software
- Troubleshoot and repair hearing aids
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Provide exceptional member service
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
- Network with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Train and mentor new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
