Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Hearing Aid Dispenser license in Virginia (experience)
- Associate's degree in a related field preferred (experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field is a plus (experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist (experience)
- Proven track record of successful sales and customer service (experience)
- Experience in managing and supervising employees (experience)
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology and fitting protocols (experience)
- Familiarity with diagnostic testing procedures (experience)
- Proficiency in using audiometric equipment (experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hearing center
- Manage and supervise hearing center staff
- Provide exceptional customer service to Costco members
- Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids
- Counsel patients on hearing loss and treatment options
- Program and adjust hearing aids to meet individual needs
- Perform hearing aid repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Train and mentor hearing center staff
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technology and trends
- Attend professional development conferences and workshops
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Participate in community outreach events
- Promote the benefits of hearing healthcare
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors

- Ensure the hearing center meets all performance goals
