Required Qualifications
- Valid Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Kentucky (experience)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (experience)
- Bachelor's Degree in Audiology or related field (preferred) (experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist (experience)
- Proven track record of sales success (experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities (experience)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (experience)
- Proficiency in hearing aid fitting and programming software (experience)
- Knowledge of hearing aid technology and advancements (experience)
- Understanding of audiological principles and practices (experience)

- Familiarity with hearing aid repair and maintenance (experience)
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs (experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hearing center
- Supervise and train hearing center staff
- Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments
- Dispense and fit hearing aids to patients
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage inventory and order supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Promote hearing center services and products
- Meet sales goals and targets
- Prepare reports and analyze data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on hearing aid technology and advancements
- Attend training sessions and conferences
- Participate in community outreach events
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot hearing aid malfunctions and perform repairs
- Conduct Real Ear Measurements (REM)
- Perform cerumen management
- Perform speech audiometry
