Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hearing center in ROCHESTER, Minnesota
- Manage and supervise hearing center staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Provide hearing evaluations and consultations to members
- Fit and program hearing aids according to individual needs
- Counsel patients on the use and care of hearing aids
- Perform hearing aid repairs and maintenance
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Manage the budget and control costs
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology
- Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
- Participate in community outreach programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to Costco Wholesale's policies and procedures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Conduct hearing screenings for employees
