Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hearing center at Costco Wholesale in ROCHESTER.
- Supervise and train hearing center staff.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional member service and address any concerns.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and assessments.
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids based on individual needs.
- Counsel patients on hearing loss and treatment options.

- Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to patients.

- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
