- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hearing Aid Specialist (experience)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (experience)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Audiology or related field preferred (experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience)
- Strong sales and customer service abilities (experience)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (experience)
- Proficiency in audiometric testing and hearing aid fitting (experience)
- Knowledge of different hearing aid technologies and manufacturers (experience)
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations (experience)

Responsibilities
- Conducting hearing evaluations and audiometric testing
- Dispensing and fitting hearing aids
- Counseling patients on hearing loss and hearing aid options
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids
- Managing inventory of hearing aids and related supplies
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
- Participating in marketing and outreach activities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Troubleshooting hearing aid problems
- Performing hearing aid repairs and adjustments
- Conducting real ear measurements and other verification procedures
- Providing training and education to patients on hearing aid use and care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest hearing aid technologies
- Attending continuing education courses and workshops
- Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction
- Processing insurance claims and payments
- Handling patient inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Supervising and training other hearing center staff
