Responsibilities
- Balance, install, and rotate tires according to manufacturer specifications
- Inspect tires for damage and wear
- Repair tires using appropriate techniques
- Stock tires and maintain inventory levels
- Assist customers with tire selection and purchase
- Provide excellent customer service
- Operate tire installation equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Perform vehicle inspections related to tire services
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately
- Troubleshoot tire-related problems
