  • Build and execute an account penetration strategy, leveraging internal champions, referrals, and prospecting efforts to extend relationships into new buying centers.
  • Partner with Customer Success to link learning to business outcomes, running executive QBRs and success plans.
  • Identify, prioritize, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Coursera, providing feedback and insights to product and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales engineering, and legal, to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on Coursera’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
