As an Associate Growth Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners, focusing on growing their engagement, launching new content, and increasing revenue generation. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these partners, building strong relationships and providing guidance on best practices for maximizing their impact on Coursera. Your goal is to help these partners thrive and ultimately graduate to Strategic Accounts.
This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product, to ensure seamless content launches and partner satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within your portfolio of accounts.
