The Enablement Specialist is a crucial role within Coursera's Enterprise Solutions team, focused on empowering the Customer Success (CS) organization. Based in the United Kingdom, this position will be responsible for equipping our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with the knowledge, skills, processes, and tools they need to drive adoption, retention, and growth amongst our enterprise clients. This role collaborates closely with Customer Success leadership, Product, and RevOps teams to design and execute impactful training programs, implement process improvements, and build valuable resources. You will also serve as a vital link to our APAC and EMEA regions, gathering feedback and ensuring enablement programs meet their specific needs.
Imagine starting your day by reviewing feedback from a recent training session on account planning. You analyze the data, identify areas for improvement, and plan a follow-up session to address specific questions. Next, you collaborate with the Product team to understand upcoming features and translate them into easily digestible training materials for the CSMs. You spend the afternoon working on a new QBR (Quarterly Business Review) delivery template, incorporating best practices and ensuring it aligns with Coursera's overall strategy. Finally, you connect with the Regional CS Director in EMEA to discuss upcoming enablement needs and tailor programs to address specific regional challenges. Each day is dynamic, impactful, and focused on enabling the Customer Success team to excel.
The United Kingdom is a strategic location for this role due to its central position within the EMEA region. Being based in the UK allows for easier collaboration with European clients and teams. The UK also boasts a strong talent pool of professionals with experience in sales enablement and customer success, making it an ideal hub for this function. Furthermore, Coursera has a growing presence in the UK, and this role will play a key part in supporting our expansion efforts in the region.
