Role Overview

The Enablement Specialist is a crucial role within Coursera's Enterprise Solutions team, focused on empowering the Customer Success (CS) organization. Day in the Life of an Enablement Specialist

Imagine starting your day by reviewing feedback from a recent training session on account planning. You analyze the data, identify areas for improvement, and plan a follow-up session to address specific questions. Next, you collaborate with the Product team to understand upcoming features and translate them into easily digestible training materials for the CSMs. You spend the afternoon working on a new QBR (Quarterly Business Review) delivery template, incorporating best practices and ensuring it aligns with Coursera's overall strategy. Finally, you connect with the Regional CS Director in EMEA to discuss upcoming enablement needs and tailor programs to address specific regional challenges. Each day is dynamic, impactful, and focused on enabling the Customer Success team to excel.
