As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and maintaining the platform that connects Coursera's content to real-world career outcomes. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of skill-based learning and credentialing at Coursera.
Our mission is to create the scalable systems that define, map, and track skills across the entire learning journey. We are the architects of the data and infrastructure that enable skill-based learning, credentialing, and career pathways for millions of learners and thousands of enterprise partners.
