Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of customer credit limits, payment terms, risk indicators, and controls in accounts receivable systems like SAP.
• Monitor assigned portfolios for exposure levels, aging trends, DSO, utilization, and payment patterns to spot early risk signals.
• Analyze account trends for routine credit adjustments, preparing recommendations with thorough documentation.
• Compile account summaries for escalations involving high risk, bad debt, or special status, aiding Credit Manager decisions.

Collaboration and Compliance

Partner seamlessly with Collections, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve inquiries, support onboarding, and update accounts. Track bankruptcy, insolvency, and restricted accounts while upholding credit policies. Contribute to audits, SAP initiatives, and process improvements for data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
