The Credit & Away from Home Sales Development Manager role at PepsiCo in Klongtoey, Bangkok, is a strategic position designed to fuel credit business growth, disciplined AFH development, and analytics-driven execution. Reporting to the AS&D Channel Manager, this role serves as a pivotal engine for channel strategy, owning credit performance, piloting AFH initiatives, and leading cross-functional projects. Take full accountability for the end-to-end performance of credit customers. Drive sustainable growth, healthy sell-in, and robust market execution. Develop data-driven business plans aligned with channel strategy, identifying risks and opportunities early to recommend corrective actions.
Design, pilot, and evaluate growth initiatives in the Away from Home channel. Define clear objectives, success metrics, and learning agendas. Deliver fact-based recommendations to scale, refine, or discontinue initiatives based on performance.
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable analytics to support Channel Head decisions. Translate complex data into clear insights, implications, and strategic options. Maintain rigorous discipline in forecasting, phasing, and performance tracking.
Drive assigned cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations. Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues proactively to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
Steward operational and project budgets with a focus on ROI. Monitor spend against plan and flag deviations early. Foster strong alignment with internal and external stakeholders, serving as the single point of coordination for credit and AFH initiatives.
To excel in this role, candidates need a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years of sales experience, particularly in Traditional Trade or Modern Trade. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, alongside problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical prowess, project and time management, and change management expertise. Fluency in English and Thai, computer literacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude are required. Experience in FMCG or AFH channels is a significant advantage.
