The Credit Risk Financial Analyst position at PepsiCo in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is a strategic hybrid role focused on managing customer credit risk. You will own a portfolio of accounts, conduct proactive financial analysis, develop risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with senior finance, sales, legal, and control teams. Interface with senior teams across finance, sales, and legal. Represent PepsiCo in bankruptcies, credit committees, and escalations. Build networks in the credit community for best practices.
Lead projects to enhance credit risk functions using technology and harmonized processes. Support ad-hoc requests and maintain a well-controlled environment through owned activities.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is required, along with 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of financial statements and U.S. GAAP is essential.
MBA, CFA, CPA, or similar designations are strongly preferred. Experience with commercial contracts, bankruptcy proceedings, and familiarity with U.S. GAAP. Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are key. Ability to manage multiple projects with a results-oriented mindset.
PepsiCo offers a competitive salary range of $69,900 to $117,000, based on experience, location, and skills, plus a 5% annual performance bonus.
