RESUME AND JOB
Crusoe
Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.
Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Corporate Finance team as an Analyst, Capital Markets and Capital Formation. In this critical role, you will be effectively managing the company's financial structure by determining where we source our capital and how we strategically deploy it.
This role requires a unique blend of financial structuring expertise, capital allocation discipline, and world-class relationship management to secure and optimize the financing essential for our high-growth initiatives. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Each day as an Analyst in Capital Markets and Formation will be dynamic, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. A typical day might start with a review of the morning's market news, assessing the impact of any changes in interest rates or equity markets on Crusoe's capital structure. You'll then dive into financial models, stress-testing various financing scenarios and refining projections based on the latest operational data. You might spend a portion of your day preparing investor presentations, collaborating with senior management to ensure the company's financial narrative is compelling and accurate.
Another key aspect of your day involves coordinating with internal teams, such as Treasury, Corporate Development, and Operations, to understand their capital needs and ensure alignment with the overall capital strategy. You'll be involved in evaluating internal capital requests, applying a rigorous framework to assess the return on investment and optimize capital allocation. You will also be involved in due diligence processes and legal documentation reviews. Communication with external capital providers, such as banks and institutional investors, will also be a regular part of the role.
San Francisco and New York are hubs for finance and technology, offering unparalleled access to capital markets, industry experts, and networking opportunities. Crusoe strategically places this role in these locations to capitalize on the concentration of financial institutions and investors, which facilitates building relationships and securing optimal financing terms. These cities also provide a vibrant environment for professional growth and development, attracting top talent and fostering innovation. The proximity to key decision-makers and industry events enables Crusoe to stay at the forefront of capital markets trends and maintain a competitive edge.
The Analyst, Capital Markets and Formation role offers a clear path for career advancement within Crusoe's Finance organization. Successful performance in this role can lead to opportunities to advance to a Senior Analyst, Associate, and eventually, a leadership position within the Capital Markets or Treasury functions. Crusoe is committed to developing its employees' skills and providing opportunities for growth, with mentorship programs and professional development initiatives to help you reach your full potential. As the company continues to grow, this role will become increasingly critical, providing ample opportunities for you to shape the company's financial strategy and contribute to its success.
Crusoe offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000 annually. In addition to base salary, Crusoe offers performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and employee stock options. Crusoe is also committed to employee well-being, offering wellness programs and employee assistance programs to support your physical and mental health.
