About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Corporate Finance team as an Analyst, Capital Markets and Capital Formation. In this critical role, you will be effectively managing the company's financial structure by determining where we source our capital and how we strategically deploy it.

This role requires a unique blend of financial structuring expertise, capital allocation discipline, and world-class relationship management to secure and optimize the financing essential for our high-growth initiatives. The position is based in either San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
