Role Overview

The Analyst, Corporate Development and M&A will be a key member of the Strategic Finance and Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the SVP. You will be involved in all phases of inorganic growth initiatives, focusing on Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, transaction experience, and strategic thinking.

A Day in the Life

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Morning: Reviewing industry news and trends, identifying potential acquisition targets, and updating market maps.
• Mid-day: Participating in due diligence calls with cross-functional teams, analyzing financial models, and preparing presentations for senior leadership.
• Afternoon: Working on deal structuring, negotiating terms for strategic partnerships, and creating investment memorandums.
