As an Analyst in Corporate Development, you will play a crucial role in driving Crusoe’s growth through mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of industries and technologies, while working alongside a talented and passionate team.
The Analyst, Corporate Development and M&A will be a key member of the Strategic Finance and Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the SVP. You will be involved in all phases of inorganic growth initiatives, focusing on Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, transaction experience, and strategic thinking.

Crusoe has offices in both San Francisco and New York. Both cities are hubs for innovation, technology, and finance, offering access to a deep pool of talent and resources. San Francisco is located near the heart of Silicon Valley, providing unparalleled opportunities for networking and collaboration. New York is a global financial center, offering access to a diverse range of investors and partners.
This position offers a clear path for career advancement within Crusoe. With experience and strong performance, you can progress to Senior Analyst, Associate, and eventually Vice President roles within the Corporate Development team. You will also have opportunities to expand your expertise in areas such as finance, strategy, and operations.
Crusoe offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $150,000 annually. In addition to salary, Crusoe offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) plan, employee stock options, and more.
