Role Overview

The Analyst, Corporate Development and M&A will be a key member of the Strategic Finance and Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the SVP. You will be involved in all phases of inorganic growth initiatives, focusing on Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software sectors. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, transaction experience, and strategic thinking.
