Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Investor Relations (IR) Analyst to join our team in San Francisco. This role is crucial in managing the relationships between Crusoe and the investment community. As an IR Analyst, you will be a key contributor to all aspects of designing and creating a robust IR function, with significant experience in a dynamic environment that is market-facing with a proven track record supporting capital markets participants. Experience in sell-side equity research, capital markets, or investor-facing roles within scaled organizations is highly desired. This role will initially report to the SVP of Strategic Capital and Corporate Development.

A Day in the Life

Your day as an Investor Relations Analyst at Crusoe might include:

  • Analyzing sell-side research reports and summarizing key insights for the executive team.
  • Preparing materials for an upcoming investor roadshow, including presentations and Q&A documents.
  • Managing data requests from investors and analysts conducting due diligence.

  • Collaborating with the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
