Role Overview

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence, and our Crusoe Spark Business Unit is at the forefront of this effort. As the Business Operations Manager for Spark, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations from 20 to 100+ units per year. This is a unique opportunity to be the "Chief of Staff" for a startup within a scale-up, building the operational backbone that drives our growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including financial performance tracking, economic modeling, capacity strategy, operational cadence design, cross-functional influence, reporting, market entry evaluations, process scaling, strategic partnerships, and serving as the internal GTM lead. Your work will directly impact our ability to rapidly build and deploy modular power and compute infrastructure, giving us a competitive edge in the market.
