Construction Manager - Crusoe Energy Systems

Role Overview

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction of our expanding hyperscale AI data center infrastructure in Abilene, Texas. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a critical role in supporting America’s leadership in AI and high-performance computing, delivering large-scale, mission-critical facilities.

You will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects that integrate both core/shell construction and data-center tenant-improvement scopes. Crusoe is building at a pace and scale that requires construction leaders who can manage complex projects from structural build-outs through full interior fit-out and readiness for operations.
