About the Role

As a Customer Engagement & Training Specialist at Crusoe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the most value from Crusoe Cloud. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, providing comprehensive training on existing and new features, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, product development, and sales strategies. You will also serve as a vital link between our customers and the product team, channeling user feedback to drive improvements and innovations.
