As a Customer Engagement & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are successful in using Crusoe Cloud. You will play a critical role in engaging with customers, providing training on our platform's features, gathering feedback for product development, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Your expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and open-source technologies will be essential in helping customers maximize the value of Crusoe Cloud.
