Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager to join our expanding team. Based in San Francisco, you will be an integral member of the Global Safety Pillar, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Safety, supporting deployments, data center operations, and R&D projects. You will be crucial in establishing and continuously improving HSE performance, processes, and culture throughout our physical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of safety programs combined with exceptional communications and collaboration skills to drive safety initiatives.

A Day in the Life

As a DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager, your day will involve a dynamic mix of on-site presence, program development, and collaboration. You'll start by reviewing the day's deployment and operational activities, identifying potential safety hazards, and conducting risk assessments. A significant portion of your day will be spent on-site at data centers and deployment locations, providing safety oversight and serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external contractors.
