RESUME AND JOB
Crusoe
Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We are building the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability. As the Director of Executive Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Executive Assistants, while also providing direct support to the Chief People Officer. Your leadership and operational expertise will be critical in building scalable systems and elevating the EA function to provide consistent, high-quality support for executives across the organization.
Each day as the Director of Executive Operations will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will start your day by reviewing the Chief People Officer's schedule, anticipating any potential conflicts or urgent matters that need attention. You will then engage with the EA team, providing guidance, support, and addressing any challenges they may be facing. This could involve coaching on effective communication strategies, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, or providing feedback on project management techniques.
Throughout the day, you will be involved in planning and executing meetings, team forums, and offsite events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly. You'll also be working on long-term strategic projects, such as developing a framework for EA career progression or implementing new administrative workflows to increase efficiency. Collaboration is key, and you'll be partnering with various departments, including People, Workplace Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
A significant portion of your day will be dedicated to building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. This involves understanding their priorities, anticipating their needs, and providing proactive support to ensure they can focus on their core responsibilities. You'll also be responsible for managing confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
