Crusoe
Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. We’re crafting the engine that powers a world where people can create ambitiously with AI — without sacrificing scale, speed, or sustainability.
Be a part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.
As the Director of Executive Operations at Crusoe, you will be at the helm of our Executive Assistant function, providing leadership to the EA team while also offering direct administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This multifaceted role requires a blend of people management, operational oversight, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for establishing best-in-class standards, building scalable systems, and elevating the EA function to ensure consistent, high-quality support for executives throughout the organization. Your ability to exercise sound judgment, adapt to varied working styles, and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
Your day might start with a team check-in, providing guidance and support to the Executive Assistants. You'll then review the CPO's calendar, anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities. You could be coordinating complex travel arrangements, preparing materials for an upcoming board meeting, or working with the Workplace Operations team to improve administrative processes. The afternoon might involve interviewing candidates for an open EA position, developing training materials, or collaborating with other department heads to streamline communication workflows. Throughout the day, you'll be a trusted resource for your team and a key partner to the executive leadership, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative functions.
