About the Role: Director of Executive Operations

As the Director of Executive Operations at Crusoe, you will be at the helm of our Executive Assistant function, providing leadership to the EA team while also offering direct administrative support to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This multifaceted role requires a blend of people management, operational oversight, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for establishing best-in-class standards, building scalable systems, and elevating the EA function to ensure consistent, high-quality support for executives throughout the organization.
