As the Director of Engineering & Reliability, you will collaborate closely with Construction, Facility Operations, Commissioning, Design/Engineering, and Executive Leadership to drive engineering excellence and operational readiness.

A Day in the Life

As the Director of Engineering & Reliability, your day-to-day activities will be diverse and impactful. You might start your day by reviewing engineering design standards and providing guidance to the design/engineering team. Next, you could be leading a reliability engineering program meeting, discussing FMEA, RCM, and RCA strategies. Later, you could be analyzing system performance models to optimize capacity and readiness. You'll also be involved in technical audits, quality assurance programs, and engineering evaluations across different campuses.
