Director of Physical Security & Compliance at Crusoe

Role Overview

The Director of Physical Security & Compliance is responsible for operationalizing and executing physical security programs across Crusoe's global data center portfolio. This leader ensures the physical protection of personnel, assets, and critical digital infrastructure while executing site-level controls to meet regulatory, industry, and customer requirements established by the IT, Security & Compliance team. The role oversees the operation of security systems, access control, surveillance, guard force management, incident response, and audit readiness for hyperscale Tier III+ data centers supporting AI/HPC workloads.
