This includes sales strategy execution, target setting, capacity planning, and the design, implementation, and administration of our global incentive compensation plans.
We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, focusing on sales planning and incentive compensation design and administration, preferably within a high-growth, B2B technology environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and compensation management software are also required.
