We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute the sales operation model that drives predictable, scalable growth. This role owns sales strategy execution, target setting, capacity planning as well as the design, implementation, and administration of our global incentive compensation plans.
This is a builder role ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and is passionate about empowering teams to win. You’ll shape our sales strategy, ensure alignment with our incentive compensation program, launch high-impact programs, and enable every customer-facing role to exceed their targets.
As Director of Revenue Operations, your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful. You might start your morning by analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You'll then collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales strategies and adjust quota allocations. The afternoon could involve designing new incentive compensation plans or working with the finance team to ensure accurate commission calculations. You'll also spend time training GTM teams on new compensation plans and providing guidance on sales planning processes. A key aspect of your role will be to proactively identify and address challenges to ensure the sales team is set up for success.
