A Day in the Life

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You might start by collaborating with the Global Director of Workplace to refine Crusoe’s workforce housing strategy, exploring options like leasing, partnerships, and build-to-suit solutions. You'll then move on to managing your team of Workplace Site Managers, ensuring consistent, safe, and operationally rigorous workplaces at each data center. A significant part of your day could involve partnering with Data Center Operations, Safety, People, Legal, and Finance to ensure housing and workplace solutions are compliant and financially sound. You'll also spend time identifying and onboarding external partners, such as housing providers and property managers. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring you to adapt to changing priorities and solve complex problems effectively.
