Role Overview: Executive Assistant, Legal

As the Executive Assistant (EA) supporting the Senior Legal Department Leaders, you'll be at the heart of Crusoe's operations. This crucial role demands a proactive, highly adaptable individual capable of managing the diverse needs of multiple executives. Your primary focus will be anticipating needs, efficiently managing priorities, and ensuring the seamless coordination of calendars and schedules across various locations.

  • Thoughtfully manage scheduling requests to ensure effective time management for executives.
  • Improve internal and occasional external meeting effectiveness by gathering and tracking key discussion topics, decisions, and action items to develop agendas, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-through.
