As the Executive Assistant (EA) supporting the Senior Legal Department Leaders, you will be a critical enabler of efficiency and organization within the legal team. This role demands a proactive, adaptable, and highly organized individual capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple levels. Your success will hinge on your ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of executive administrative experience, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
While not strictly required, experience working with and supporting technology/software teams is highly desirable.
