About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a Group Product Manager, Security & Compliance, to champion trust across the Crusoe Cloud platform. As the inaugural senior PM in this critical area, you will own the end-to-end security and compliance product strategy, encompassing everything from physical data center controls to managed AI inference APIs. This role sits at the intersection of rapid AI advancement and stringent enterprise security needs, requiring the development of foundational capabilities that unlock regulated and large-scale customer segments. This is a high-profile position with extensive scope, deep technical influence, and significant executive engagement.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by reviewing the latest threat intelligence reports to understand emerging security risks relevant to Crusoe Cloud. You'll then meet with the Engineering team to discuss the implementation of new security features for our AI inference APIs, ensuring customer data privacy and secure execution environments. After lunch, you'll collaborate with the Legal team to prepare for an upcoming SOC 2 audit, reviewing compliance documentation and ensuring all controls are in place. In the afternoon, you'll engage with prospective customers to understand their security and compliance requirements, translating their needs into actionable product solutions. Finally, you'll wrap up the day by working on the security roadmap, prioritizing features that address the most critical risks and opportunities.
