A Day in the Life of a Senior Cloud Support Engineer

Your day will be dynamic and varied, focused on ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with Crusoe Cloud. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

  • Morning: Start your day by reviewing open Zendesk tickets and prioritizing urgent requests. Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues. Participate in alert triage and prepare for any scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Mid-day: Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes. Work on developing knowledge base documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Afternoon: Participate in node delivery testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our infrastructure. Contribute to onboarding and training materials for new customers and internal teams. Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
