Crusoe is seeking a Senior Insurance Analyst to support the Company’s evolving insurance program and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Insurance, this role is a key partner to both internal teams and external partners, managing insurance coverage requirements across multiple platforms and devising strategies to solve complex risk challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who excels in a results-oriented environment and possesses a proven track record of implementing best-in-class insurance solutions for large-scale, sophisticated projects.

Key responsibilities include serving as a primary contact for insurance inquiries, reviewing contracts for insurance requirements, negotiating coverage, conducting policy reviews, preparing reports and budgets, and partnering with brokers and internal teams.
A Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of insurance/risk management experience, experience in relevant industries (construction, energy, etc.), and a proven track record in negotiation and project management are required.
