As a Staff Product Manager for Managed Inference, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Crusoe Cloud's AI service offerings. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle of our Managed Inference services, from initial conception to successful market adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and customer needs, combined with strong product management skills to drive innovation and business growth.
Your day will be a mix of strategic planning, technical discussions, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll start by reviewing market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for our Managed Inference services. Next, you'll meet with engineering and infrastructure teams to discuss technical feasibility and tradeoffs for proposed features. You will then dive into the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and defining clear product requirements. Throughout the day, you'll communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization. Finally, you'll analyze product performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in technical product management or engineering, experience building cloud infrastructure or AI/ML services, a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, and strong communication skills.
Bonus points include experience building developer-facing platforms, exposure to inference-as-a-service, and participation in developer communities.
