We're at the forefront of the AI revolution, leveraging sustainable technology to drive meaningful innovation and make a tangible impact. Join our team and help us set the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

Role Overview: The Air Traffic Controller of Our Supply Chain

As a Logistics Specialist III, you'll be the 'air traffic controller' for our supply chain, responsible for the end-to-end movement of goods. You'll ensure that materials and products reach their destinations efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. This critical role bridges the gap between suppliers, carriers, and internal departments, maintaining a seamless flow of operations essential for our data center and power generation projects to stay on schedule and within budget.

A Day in the Life: From Orchestration to Optimization

Your day will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing a range of responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Transportation Management: You'll orchestrate domestic and international freight, including LTL, heavy haul, and time-critical 'hot shot' deliveries.
  • Shipment Tracking & Visibility: Proactively monitor shipments in transit, anticipating and mitigating potential delays caused by weather or port congestion. You'll keep project managers and customers informed with real-time updates.
  • Documentation & Financial Integrity: You'll meticulously audit purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices, ensuring 100% reconciliation and accuracy in partnership with the Accounting department. This includes uploading BOLs to the Coupa system to enable three-way matching and accurate cost tracking.
  • Vendor Performance & Compliance: You'll prepare and audit critical shipping documents, manage carrier relationships to ensure safety and punctuality, and lead the resolution process for any OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages).
  • Operational Optimization: You'll identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose process improvements for warehouse receiving and site-specific logistics.
  • Inventory & Material Control: You'll support inventory accuracy by tracking equipment movements between facilities and project sites, reconciling physical counts against digital records.
  • Receiving & Inspection: You'll conduct inspections of delivered equipment for damages, validate quantities against BOLs, photograph any damage, and report findings to the Sr. Logistics and Asset Manager.
  • Emergency Response: You'll manage 'special circumstance' logistics and participate in an on-call rotation to handle critical, after-hours supply chain emergencies.
