This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will own and operate the full coordination engine, ensuring a reliable, trusted, and high-velocity interview process across the company. You will manage a team of global recruiting coordinators, review coordination and candidate surveys, and influence roadmap planning and decision-making to continuously improve the candidate experience.

A Day in the Life

• Morning: Start by checking in with your team of recruiting coordinators. Review their workload, address any challenges they are facing, and provide guidance on complex scheduling scenarios.
• Mid-day: Analyze candidate survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the interview process. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to implement solutions.
• Afternoon: Work on building out the coordination team's capacity model. Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to ensure the team is meeting its goals. Interview potential candidates for open coordinator positions.
• Ongoing: Troubleshoot complex scheduling bottlenecks, manage load balancing within the team, and ensure process hygiene is maintained. Stay updated on best practices in recruiting coordination and implement them within the team.
