As the Manager, Candidate Experience, you will be the driving force behind Crusoe's hiring process. This is a hands-on, on-site role where you will own and operate the full coordination engine, ensuring a reliable, trusted, and high-velocity interview process across the company. You will manage a team of global recruiting coordinators, review coordination and candidate surveys, and influence roadmap planning and decision-making to continuously improve the candidate experience.
